Our studio is available for both beginners and experienced athletes. Our mission is to provide you with an unparalleled sports and training experience with measurable results. You will be able to carry out your training safely under the careful guidance and observation of our specialists, and we will ensure the best guidance to help you achieve your targeted goals. The workouts are conducted in intimate rooms, suitable for small groups of members, so the coach’s attention is perfectly focused on each participant.

Yoga

In the simple language of the ordinary person, “Yoga” means “connection with the universal power within you to reach peace.” Yoga is a practice of the mind and body. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.
If you started your day today with the sun salutation, your body is likely to become more connected to your mind and soul. Before going to bed in the evening, don’t forget to salute the mountain to release the stress of daily routine. In the evening, remember to do your PRANAYAMA exercises for a restful sleep.
Among the most pleasant effects are increased mobility and resistance without feeling exhausted after exercises. On a mental level, the exercises smooth out mood fluctuations and calm the mind.

YOGA CLASSES ARE HELD ON WEDNESDAYS AT 16:00 AND ON SATURDAYS AT 09:00 AND 10:00.

Pilates

Pilates is a method of strengthening the deep muscles responsible for maintaining posture. These deep muscles, located between the ribs and pelvis, as well as around the spine (abdominals, pelvic floor, and back muscles), constitute the energetic center of the body, enabling us to be stronger and more stable. Pilates is also a discipline that enhances self-awareness of the body, its strength, and limits to use it more intelligently.

Fitness

Do you want to change your lifestyle? Need more energy? Come train in the SITARAM SPA fitness room, where we provide professional machines and equipment for movement and cardio workouts. Work out in a well-ventilated, bright, and private space—away from the noise and daily routine. The fitness room is open daily from 08:00 to 22:30, Monday to Saturday. Access is available by prior booking at reception only. The room can be used by a maximum of 6 people at the same time.
Single session - 20 Lei (60 min.)
10-session package - 180 Lei (60 min./session) (valid for 30 days)
30-day membership - 250 Lei (unlimited access)
Fitness + sauna (60 min.) - 120 Lei
