APPOINTMENTS
Reservations in advance are recommended, subject to availability. To guarantee your reservation, your name and contact details are required. For session scheduling or additional information, please contact the SPA RECEPTION.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel or modify your appointment, please do so with at least 3 hours’ notice. Reservations and group packages require a minimum of four days’ notice.
DURING TREATMENT
Please inform the therapists if you feel comfortable or uncomfortable, if it’s too hot or too cold, if the massage is too light or too firm. We want you to have a unique experience, so please communicate any discomfort related to therapy or medical issues.
YOU ARE RUNNING LATE
Please arrive with enough time before the start of the therapy (we suggest a minimum of 10 minutes) to relax and enjoy the experience. If you are running late, we will make every effort to honor your treatment time, but this will only be possible subject to availability.
LOST ITEMS
The management of the center is not responsible for the loss of items or money in massage rooms or public spaces. Please store your belongings in your personal locker. Do not bring valuable items or significant amounts of money with you.
YOUR HEALTH
Your health and well-being are crucial. Certain treatments and activities have specific contraindications. Please let us know about any issues you may have to provide the most suitable treatment options for you. It is important to provide this information at each visit.
MOBILE PHONES
Please DO NOT use mobile phones or switch them to “silent” to respect everyone’s right to peace and relaxation.
